The Hi Mountain Jerky Screen is an industrial-quality, chrome-plated 13 1/2" square designed to make perfect jerky.

Please note that a common pitfall in jerky making is to use a cookie sheet instead of a jerky screen to cook the jerky. Cookie sheets can cause the jerky to fry instead of cooking correctly. By using a jerky screen, you will avoid this problem.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
