Belt Measurer Gauge

14" - 110" belt measuring tool for automotive and small engine applications (with an optional add-on extender to measure up to 150" belts - sold separately)). Using this tool, you can identify the size belt your machine calls for when you can't find a part number to determine the size of the belt.

This shop tool allows you to quickly and easily measure the length and width of belts up to 110" long and as small as 14" long.

Most belts used in automotive and small engine applications are 3/8 in, 1/2 in, or 5/8" wide. The gauge will tell you the width using the L3, L4, and L5 coding systems.

You will read the back side (flat side/'non-v' side...), and it will read L3, L4, or L5.

With the belt taught between the top and bottom of the gauge from sliding it apart with the belt installed, you will read the L3, L4, or L5 mark on the left-hand side of the gauge on the bottom side to determine its length.
