This is an original part from Briggs and Stratton and Simplicity for use with Lawn and Garden Equipment Engines. The choke shaft closes the air path to the carburetor during engine start-up. The most common reason for replacing the choke lever is if you have trouble starting the engine and the problem is not in the choke shutter or the connection between the choke lever and shutter.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
