This kit has everything you need to make authentic, homemade German Sausage:

Each kit contains supplies for 25 lbs. of meat
Contains 1 B-unit of and 1 (32-35 mm)
Soak casings 60-80 minutes in hot water before stuffing
Try with fresh ground beef, pork, wild game or poultry
Step-by-step instructions in each package

Ingredients

Salt, Spices, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Anti Oxidant (BHA, BHT, Propyl Gallate), Citric Acid Added (Less Than 0.3% Total)

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
