The Furuno BR540 Cabin Alarm Panel is installed in Deck Officer cabins and any public areas like lounges mess room conference rooms and the galley. The number of BR540 Cabin Alarm Panels you need for your ship will vary depending on the class authority requirements but you may need up to 12 BR540 Cabin Alarm Panels. The Furuno BR540 Cabin Alarm Panel works in conjunction with the Furuno BR500 BNWAS Bridge Navigation Watch Safety System and notifies backup officers of a possible problem with the watch officer. This is a safety feature and required for all IMO vessels mandated by regulation MSC.128(75).

Test option to ensure system is working properly.

Alarm will sound from the BR540 Cabin Alarm Panel if the watch officer has not pressed the Timer Reset Button.

Meets IMO resolution MSC.128(75) for BNWAS (Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System).

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
