This sausage seasoning is perfect for traditional sausages, suitable for any time of day. For optimal results, use larger casings. It can also be used as a hamburger seasoning, adding a delicious flavor to your meal.

Size:
5kg Batch – 45g per 1kg of meat.
What you need:
- 5kg pork (approximately 30% fat) (optional: include pork belly, skin on)
- 250mL English Style Ale, chilled (optional: replace with water, if preferred)
- 250mL water, chilled
- 1 x Carnivore Collective English Breakfast Sausage Mix
Method:
1. Mince meat and skin with a coarse plate.
2. Combine spices, beer and water with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
